Upcoming ISAE Benelux Regional conference

The next conference of the Benelux Region will be held at De Klaproos Organic Farm in Sint-Oedenrode, Netherlands on the 4th of November 2026, followed by an optional dinner at the same venue.

Presentations
We would like to invite you to present a study on the behaviour or welfare of farm, laboratory, companion or zoo animals. If you would like to do so, please send your abstract to . The official conference language will be English. The programme will feature only oral presentations. Of course, the meeting is also open to people who want to attend without presenting.

Carpooling
Since the location is at a farm, it may be difficult to reach by public transport. So, we would like to encourage carpooling! Please fill in the dedicated section in the registration form to help us organise this.

Practical information
You will find the registration form here or by scanning the QR code below. Registration fee: €65 for ISAE members and €80 for non-members, including lunch and coffee breaks. MSc and BSc students can apply (with or without an abstract) for free registration by sending a short motivation letter (max. 1 A4) to . Optional dinner: €25, including non-alcoholic drinks.

There are nearly 700 members worldwide and each year the Society assembles for a major International Congress, where in addition to addresses by special keynote speakers, members present their latest research findings. There are also regular regional conferences held to encourage local knowledge exchange.
