Many Pigs: Network of pigs ethologists
The ManyPigs team is excited to invite you to the launch of ManyPigs, a new international network bringing together pig behaviour and welfare researchers from around the world. We will kick off the network on June 5th at 16:00 (CEST).
With ManyPigs, we aim to build a welcoming and active community that makes pig research more collaborative, open, and efficient. Our shared goals include:
- Bringing together researchers across countries, disciplines, and career stages
- Creating a researcher database to facilitate connections and collaborations
- Encouraging discussions on emerging topics, challenges, and ideas
- Sharing protocols, study designs, and best practices to support transparency and reproducibility
- Facilitating cross-site and inter-lab collaborations
- Using online platforms to keep the community informed and engaged
In short, ManyPigs aims to make it easier to connect, share knowledge, and work together—so we can collectively advance pig research.
