We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer to contribute to our growing undergraduate programme on animal welfare, and to collaborate with the research team on projects relating to animal management and welfare.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake research on aspects of farm animal welfare/ related to animal management in collaboration with the research team (40% time)
- Development and delivery of teaching on our BSc programmes in Animal Welfare Science and Applied Animal Science (40% time)
- Investigate funding opportunities for further research in animal welfare and assist in the preparation of grant applications (10% time)
- Contribute to student support and mentoring, and the development of further educational developments in animal welfare science (10% time)
