Sara Hintz        

I am currently a PhD student in my fourth year in the lab of Hanno Würbel in the Division of Animal Welfare at the University of Bern in Switzerland. For my PhD I study emotions in horses, aiming to identify and validate behavioural indicators for horses’ emotional states.


Maria V. R.   

I am currently in my second year of my three-year PhD position at Aarhus University, Department of Animal Science, Denmark. My project is focusing on the behavior dairy cows in relation to calving, aiming to design a new calving facility which makes the cows self-guided.
